Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI is a preference indicator that will help you more clearly identify the way you are energized, your preferred means of gathering information, decision making style, and your preferred environment. It measures 8 personality traits and 16 different personality profiles. The MBTI is one of the most frequently use personality assessments.


The Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory (TAIS)

TAIS was initially designed for the assessment of Olympic athletes and military personnel who are required to perform, stay focused, remain confident (or recover confidence quickly) and make decisions under intense pressure. Over the past 25 years norms have been established to assess similar factors for business leaders who are required to perform under their own unique pressures. TAIS assesses attention styles and the interpersonal and psychological characteristics that impact attention and focus.

 

The Birkman Method

The Birkman Method combines behavioral, motivational and interest measurements. Backed by over 50 years of research and development, it clarifies strengths and effective behaviors, interests and goals, management styles, thinking styles, underlying needs, and stress behaviors. 

 

360 By Design

The 360 By Design provides feedback on 19 competencies of leadership effectiveness in theareas of managing self, leading others, and leading the organization. The survey is completed bythe participant as well as their boss, superiors, peers, direct reports, and others, providing theparticipant with insights on how they are perceived by others. This customized instrument wasdesigned to reflect the leadership philosophies of The Soderquist Center.

 

EQ-i and EQ-360

EQ-i and EQ-360 provide results for Total EQ, as well as 5 competencies (Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Stress Management, Adaptability, and General Mood) and 15 subscales. Used together, these assessments highlight any discrepancies between ratings from self and others. They also offer development strategies and exercises.

 

CMA Profile

The CMA Profile is an investment in you and your career. The purpose is to identify strengths, developmental needs and developmental recommendations. It includes five self-assessment questionnaires as well as an in-depth interview with a trained facilitator.

 

Emotional Intelligence Appraisal

This assessment provides an overall Emotional Intelligence score, as well as a score in each of the four EQ competencies: self awareness, self management, social awareness, and relationship management. It is intentionally brief, valid, and intuitive.
