We utilize a variety of assessments and tools that will help you better understand yourself as well as those around you including a customized 360 degree evaluation and an extensive assessment suite.
360 by Design® – Candid, straightforward feedback – there is rarely a more powerful tool for personal development. We partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to develop a 360° evaluation instrument that would not only provide leaders the opportunity to learn how their behaviors are being perceived by their supervisor(s), team members, peers, and others, but also accurately reflect our leadership philosophy. This information can then be used to develop an individual development plan that builds upon strengths and minimize weaknesses.

Our Assessment Suite – It’s no secret – everyone is different. Understanding how to work through those differences can be a challenge, though. For this very reason, we use numerous assessments to help leaders better understand why they behave in certain ways as well as how they relate to other leaders and team members. Our facilitators are trained in the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, Birkman Method, Emotional Intelligence Appraisal, CMA Profiles, and TAIS.
