Andy Murray | Saatchi & Saatchi X | Worldwide Chief Executive Officer
Andy Murray is the worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi X and an industry pioneer in the new advertising discipline shopper marketing. Andy founded Saatchi & Saatchi X as a full-service agency focused on improving shoppers’ lives and creating sustainable growth for its clients. Today, Saatchi & Saatchi X operates globally with 15 locations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia and is the premier shopper marketing offering for parent company Publicis Groupe, the fourth-largest marketing communications holding company in the world. Also, Andy is the executive chairman of the recently launched Saatchi & Saatchi S, a new global network focused on helping companies integrate sustainability into their corporate strategy and marketing communications.

Harold Timboe | United States Army | Major General (Ret.), M.D.
Dr. Harold Timboe is a family physician and physician executive. A Vietnam and Gulf War I veteran, he retired in 2002 as a Major General from the US Army after a distinguished career culminating as commander of Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He has extensive experience in executive leadership of large, complex health systems, senior health policy positions, and is a decorated combat medical leader with several experiences in mass casualty situations and natural disasters. General Timboe was also responsible for health support during the September 11th Pentagon attack as well as the following anthrax attack. He is the recipient of the military’s two highest awards for service, the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and the Army’s Distinguished Service Medal. In 2008, Dr. Timboe and his wife of 40 years, Donna, relocated to northwest Arkansas to be near their children and grandchildren. He continues to hold several positions on boards of private companies as well as non-profit organizations.

Rollin L. Ford | Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. | Executive Vice President and CIO
Rollin L. Ford is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer forWal-Mart Stores, Inc. He oversees the company’s global information systems division. He joined Wal-Mart in 1983 and assumed his current role in 2006. Rollin currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and the Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas. He also is a board member of the GS1 Management Board. Rollin graduated from Taylor University in Upland, IN., with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and systems analysis.

Susan Barrett | Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. | Retired President
After serving as Medical Laboratory Technologist and Administrator for the Caney Municipal Hospital, she became President of the Jane Phillips Caney Community Clinic. There she was recognized by the Office of Rural Health Policy in Baltimore as a model and a forerunner of a rural primary care hospital. Susan’s career brought her to Mercy Hospital where she served as Director of Outreach Services, Vice President, and President. She then became President of Mercy Health System of Kansas, followed by Northwest Arkansas where she retired in December of 2008. Susan and her husband, Rex, are the parents of two grown children, Jason and Chody

Tom Muccio | Procter & Gamble | Retired President
Tom Muccio is the retired President of Procter & Gamble’s Global Customer Teams. He was with Procter & Gamble for 35 years in a variety of sales and marketing assignments in both the U.S. and abroad. He was part of the pioneering group that invented the multifunctional customer team concept at Procter & Gamble and from the inception of the Wal-Mart/Procter & Gamble Global Relationship in 1987 to his retirement in January 2004, Tom was the Team Leader. During his leadership, Procter & Gamble sales to Wal-Mart increased from $350 million to $8 billion. Tom has served on a number of boards of not-for-profit organizations, ministries and academic institutions including The Ken Blanchard Companies, International Christian Missions, the Salvation Army, Ohio University College of Business, Cornell University Business School, and John Brown University. Tom is a graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Government and Organizational Behavior. He is married with two children and six grandchildren.
