1. An episode where the boss "assigns" some of his people to be servant leaders. One of them says, "Wait, you're not suppose to volunteer people for it."
2. An episode where someone steals the cone that reserves the boss' parking spot.
What about an episode where the boss assigns a job or a task in a group or team meeting. Then, later in the meeting as the project develops, the boss takes the task back because "it too important for anyone else."
An episode where job descriptions really aren't defined well and everyone places blame on another person for a job not being completed. The secretary thought it was the intern's responsibility, the intern thought it was the assistance's responsibility, the assistance thought it was the project manager's responsibility, the project manager thought it was the vice president's responsibility, and so on and so forth.
Couple of ideas: 1. "Passion" or maybe "Motivation" - "leader" intends to deliver a passionate, "fire 'em up" talk at the annual company meeting, and proceeds to read it from a script (complete with mispronunciations, losing his place, and misplaced emphasis).
2. "Your're #2...or#3" - "leader" is making the rounds at a company or industry event, making small talk with all of their employees, direct reports, or peers - and isn't really paying attention to anyone because they are constantly looking past you for a "better offer." I could see a cameo by a high profile leader (Don??) as the ultimate "better offer" that has the "leader" literally hurdling tables when they spot him in the background across the room.
3. "In touch" - "leader" is working their through the maze of cubicles in the office, feeling proud to be showing how "real" he is by mingling with the cube dwellers - however he doesn't know a single name, instead fist bumping with "Champ", "Big Guy", "Sport", etc.
1. The boss and several guys are going out the door on a beautiful Friday afternoon to go golfing--and leaving the lone woman 'in charge' for the rest of the day? ( Everyone should be treated the same!! :) )
2. The boss has posted on a prominent wall everyone's goals and how they have performed--good and bad and then has a meeting to 'discuss' how they did?
Flora accidentally printed two copies of the same document. It was a design of some sort. The boss came by and picked them up and declared that the one on the left was stronger. She told him they were the exact same thing. He asked, "are you sure?"

I'll start this off with a couple of our ideas:
1. An episode where the boss "assigns" some of his people to be servant leaders. One of them says, "Wait, you're not suppose to volunteer people for it."
2. An episode where someone steals the cone that reserves the boss' parking spot.

employee comes up with a good suggestion to a project and the boss goes with it only to take all the credit when a big success.
