Butcher Joins The Soderquist Center Team
The
Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics is pleased to announce that Don Butcher
has joined our team as a new Customer Relations Manager. Butcher previously was
a non-commissioned and commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force and has held executive
and management positions with La-Z-Boy Chair Co., Northwest Arkansas Community College,
and the FM Corporation.
Butcher holds a master’s degree in Management, specializing in Human Relations and
Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree
in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He
is an Achieve Global Certified Instructor, a Certified Quality Manager and Certified
Quality Auditor. Butcher will be working with leaders to help them understand the
practical solutions the Center can bring to the business and organizational challenges
they face.

Don has been married to his childhood sweetheart Mary Jane for 31 years. They attend
church at the Bella Vista Church of Christ. They have two sons, Don Jr. and James.
