Since 1999, programs at BaseCamp Experiential Learning Course have fostered leadership development and team building experiences for thousands of participants. Our two BaseCamp locations in Northwest Arkansas offer an outdoor environment with multiple high ropes courses and low initiatives. Teams are encouraged to examine new concepts of ethical leadership and new approaches to team development, goal setting, problem solving and decision making.

Note: While BaseCamp is designed to be physically challenging, participants with limitations can be active members of the team building experience through our philosophy of "Challenge by Choice".
