Partnership for Success

“This is a unique opportunity for businesses and not-for-profit organizations to partner together for the benefit of the residents of northwest Arkansas. My wife, Jo, and I are so proud to be engaging with senior leaders, working together in providing greater strategic support and capacity for six outstanding agencies.”

- Don Soderquist | Retired Senior Vice Chairman | Wal-Mart Stores

Partnership for Success is an initiative that has been developed to strengthen the Northwest Arkansas community through an innovative partnership involving the business community, the not-for-profit community, and organizational development. We were pleased with last year's Partnership for Success results, and are looking forward to continuing this impactful program in the future. As John Buck of the Elizabeth Richardson Center and one of our not-for-profit participants has said:

“It was the right intervention at the right time, and, as I mentioned up at  Greystone, there’s nothing better than having expert consultants who aren’t trying to sell you something.  We’re grateful for the opportunity, and still building on it.”
