Soderquist Leadership Summit
The basis for an organization’s success and long-term sustainability is a strong foundation of values led by the CEO and Senior Leaders. The invitation-only Summit is a two day program designed to bring up to 15 executives together to affirm their values and explore the components of healthy organizations.
Through the process, participants identify tangible actions that lead to establishing and strengthening positive culture as a standard throughout his or her organization, thus creating a platform to transform the organization into top market performers.
"This event is one of the best leadership training experiences I've attended. It is also a great introduction to the great work the Soderquist Center can provide for your team. I recommend it to anyone wanting to grow as a leader."
Matt Martin | Senior Manager - Marketing | Sam's Club
"What a rewarding twenty-four hours! Not only did I enjoy the beautiful surroundings, but I also was given an opportunity to reflect on my own basic ethical values which I rarely take the time to constructively critique and re-assess. No Question, the Soderquist Center is making a difference and its impact will be felt by many in the years ahead."
