Andy Murray, Worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi X, shares his insight on viewing life as a mosaic, not as a puzzle. "The problem I have with a purpose is that it approaches life as a puzzle...you search for the edges and you look for those corner pieces. And before you know it, you've created this box and you spend the rest of your life trying to figure out, piece by piece, what fits in the box...Mosaics start from the center and go out. You take each piece and ask, How does this fit? not Does it fit?"
