Have you ever engaged in strategic planning only to have the notebook sit on the shelf and collect dust? We've all been there! Our Invent the Future process was designed to avoid just that. We take you beyond planning to the actual achievement of your vision.
We come alongside leaders and help them get from where they are to where they want to be. It is a 'hands on' approach for growing your leadership team and designing and executing strategy that will create traction and momentum for your organization on the journey to your goals.
Here's how it works:
We conduct an in-depth, organizational assessment in order to understand where you are. Then we lead a 2 day team huddle (usually held at Greystone Estate our Executive Development Retreat Center) to help you clarify your mission, create a compelling and inspiring vision and clearly articulate your core values. This is an opportunity to ensure that the leadership is fully aligned an clear about the objectives for the future.
We will also work with you to identify the highest priority objectives and outcomes to help you on the journey of change. Then, over the next 2-3 months our team will visit your location every other week to work with your leadership team to help them develop specific, results driven strategies, action steps, measurements and accountabilities. We also coach leaders on effective execution, adding capacity and experience to your team.
